Wind Energy​

36MW Nabas Wind Power Plant

The 36MW Nabas wind powerproject is considered as the single biggest investment in Aklan province and largest renewable energy facility in Panay island, to date. The facility is owned and operated by PetroWind Energy Inc. (PWEI), a joint-venture firm among PetroGreen Energy Corporation, EEI Power Corporation, and BCPG Public Company Ltd of Thailand.​ EEI Power Corporation provides it retail services through its wholly-owned subsidiary EEI Energy Solutions Corporation.​


Solar Energy​

70MWp Tarlac Solar Power Plant

The 50MWp Tarlac-1 solar power project has been exporting power to the Luzon grid since January 2016. It was among the solar power projects which was awarded eligibility to the 2nd wave of the Feed-in Tariff (FIT). The Tarlac-1 solar facility covers 55 hectares of industrial land within the PEZA-registered Central Technopark in Tarlac City. It is the first solar energy plant of PetroSolar Corporation, a joint-venture between PetroGreen Energy Corporation and EEI Power Corporation. Recently, PSC expanded the facility to add another 20MWp operating unit (Tarlac- 2), which was successfully put online in May, 2019.​ .​ EEI Power Corporation provides it retail services through its wholly-owned subsidiary EEI Energy Solutions Corporation.​

 
 

Geothermal Energy

32MW Maibarara Geothermal Power Plant

By way of its 10% stake in PetroGreen Energy Corporation (PGEC), EEI Power Corporation has business interest in the 32MW Maibarara geothermal power project in Sto. Tomas, Batangas. The facility is owned and operated by Maibarara Geothermal, Inc. (MGI) which is a joint-venture company among PGEC (65%); Phinma Energy Corp. (25%); and, PNOC Renewables Corp. (10%). An integrated power facility comprising of steamfield, power station, and transmission line, the Maibarara project started commercial operation in February 2014. The first phase of the Maibarara project was the first geothermal power station built in Luzon in 16 years and the first renewable energy project declared commercial by the Department of Energy under the Renewable Energy Law of 2008.​​ .​ EEI Power Corporation provides it retail services through its wholly-owned subsidiary EEI Energy Solutions Corporation.​​
